Are these blinds battery operated or do they need electrical outlet? The vertical blinds need to be connected to electrical outlets all the time. Not battery powered.

Can you use the app to schedule the blinds automatically to open and close? Yes, you can schedule the blinds automatically open and close via the app.

Can the app and/or Alexa open the blinds partially? Like "open to 75%"? Yes, it can be opened partially if you connect the blinds to Alexa/Google. You can say" Alexa, set xxx(blind's name) to 75%"

Can we order extra slats? One came down when tangled up with dog bed. Yes. Please contact Graywind Service for more details.

Can the app tilt the vanes? Yes, the app can tilt the vanes. And you can schedule based on sunrise/sunset.
